Σε συνεργασία με το Γεωπονικό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών(AUA, μελετήσαμε τις μύγες (Δίπτερα) που συλλέχθηκαν από την καρδιά της Αθήνας. Συνολικά συλλέχθηκαν 1.311 δείγματα μυγών, με τη χρήση παγίδων. Εντοπίσαμε 20 συνολικά είδη μυγών, εκ των οποίων τα 15 αναφέρονται για πρώτη φορά από την περιοχή.
In collaboration with the Agricultural University of Athens (AUA), we studied the flies (Diptera) collected from within urban Athens. A total of 1.311 specimens were collected, with thw use of bated traps. We identified 20 species of flies, of which 15 are reported for the first time from the area.
